Because of COVID, many of the processes and assumptions that we had were validated/invalidated as the demand for tele-health consultations and telemedicine grew exponentially between 2019-2021. It then became a test bed for ideas that we had around the extent of what tele-consultation services we can bring to the market and cater to the public.
In 2021, we brought our video-consultation and 3-hour medication delivery to even more cities in Southeast Asia.
Wherever our users were, they would be able to get a doctor over the Doctor Anywhere app within 5 minutes or less. We also went from having medication delivery in 6 cities in 2020 to ensuring a 3-hour delivery time in 33 cities, across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines.
As a part of the design team, I had the opportunity to work across different verticals, from the B2B, B2C, Insurance and Marketplace.

Along with that, I helped to establish the research arm within Dr Anywhere, by working with the team to uncover and validate users’ needs through quantitative and qualitative research methods.
