GTRIIP’s vision is to create a world where human identity is document-less. Their mission is to make the experience at commercial properties more efficient and more secure.
I had the opportunity to work on existing hotel products, for clients such as Marina Bay Sands, Grand Park City Hall, Amara, National University of Singapore and the office 2.0 mobile application. These were products that have already been built. My input in these projects were to help improve upon existing designs.
Prototypes were also created using Adobe XD and Principle.

The office 3.0 application was designed and created as per the requirements provided by the product manager. The three faces include web-based and mobile based applications. My role was to liaise with the different stakeholders, including product, tech, marketing and business.
Personas and flows were also created to better understand the pain points users might have.
Ecosystem and personas

There are three primary personas for the new office application. The first one involving the office manager, who manages the office space. The second persona would involve personnel of the office space. And lastly, the third role would involve visitors to the office space.

Usability tests were also conducted with Workato to understand how the product could be improved upon further, adopting the lean process of continuous iteration.
Other involvements include the refresh of the GTRIIP brand. This included creating brand guides for the logo, style guides for the office 3.0 application and the product demo, updating the interface of the product demo for the pre-sales team, creating posters and brochures to assist the marketing team.
