OH! Open House Emerald Hill

OH! Open House 2018 walkabout tour was at Emerald Hill. The central theme around the tour this year includes that of the Nutmeg plantation, narrating stories to include prominent figures such as Raffles and Farquhar.

The tours were divided into 3 sections; all of which explore a different aspect of Emerald Hill. A publication was created for the purpose of educating and informing the public about Emerald Hill’s history, apart from what we see today.

This publication took on the form of an accordion fold book. One side of the publication contains illustrations to depict relics of the past, along with Emerald Hill’s rich and diverse past. The other side contains text and quotes to support illustrations correspondingly.

Dividers were also created to be slotted in when the entire publication has been pulled out. This gives the illusion of walking through and viewing the publication as a gallery of Emerald Hill’s past.

Along with that, marketing collaterals were also created to publicise and promote the event.
